Pest risk analysis (PRA) is a form of risk analysis conducted by regulatory plant health authorities to identify the appropriate phytosanitary measures required to protect plant resources against new or emerging pests and regulated pests of plants or plant products

The NPPO (National Plant Protection Organization) of the exporting country have to provide the technical information of plant and plant products to undertake Pest Risk Analysis to the NPPO of trading partners. After Pest risk analysis (PRA) team of the NPPO reviewed the technical information and undertook the PRA, importation was compliant. Generally, it is necessary to provide technical information once for one plant or plant products except for the new information.
